My client, a family run business operating since 1995 are keen to recruit an EXPERIENCED Lettings Administrator for their St John's Wood office.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Able to effectively prioritise

  • Strong work ethic

The role will involve managing all administration pertaining to lettings:

  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and internal customers
  • Managing Lettings Inbox and correspondence
  • Manage applicants register
  • Manage key register
  • References
  • Coordination gas/electric certificates, EPC etc
  • Support the Lettings Team across two offices

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary - according to experience -cGBP20-25,000K
