An amazing opportunity has arisen with a fantastic growing Property Consultancy based in Central London.

As a company they are doing fantastically well with extensive expansion plans, and they are now on the lookout for a forward thinking, loyal, and hard working individual to join the team as an Administrator/PA to grow alongside the growth of the business.

As an Administrator/PA you will work closely with the Director and provide continuous support through a range of day to day duties. You will be given full exposure to the overall running of the business and have ample opportunity to progress within the role.

Duties Include:

- Responding to enquiries both over the phone and via email
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel when required
- Booking meeting rooms and providing refreshments if requested
- Updating company brochures and sending these out to a targeted audience
- Inputting information on to company database

- Liaising with external clients and being the first point of contact for all initial enquiries.

- Over time you will have the opportunity to attend business meetings with the director and gain your own clients.

Key skills required

- Competency with Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
