Compliance Administration Assistant
City Compliance is a niche regulatory consulting company focusing on the London and Lloyd's Insurance Market. Our clients are predominately small, privately owned Insurance Brokers and Managing General Agents dealing with high value international insurance risks.
A dynamic, self motivated individual is required to support the consultancy activities of the company and handle the administrative burden of this young and entrepreneurial business.
The role is complex and technical. Applicants must have a keen eye for detail, a thirst for knowledge and an analytical approach.
Key Duties will include:
- System Administration
- Preparation of Client Reports
- Compliance Monitoring
- Regulatory Updates
- Sanctions Checking
- Maintenance of Client Business Registers
- General Office Administration
The ideal candidate will be committed, tenacious, hard working, diligent and possess the ability, drive, self motivation and focus to work alone and unsupervised.
Exceptionally strong administration skill and experience is essential for this role along with a robust, advanced and current working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps and CRM/PPM type systems.
Knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry and Regulatory Compliance is not essential but would be welcomed.

This exciting role is located in Cardiff Bay, near to Penarth Marina, within an innovative and inspiring work space which offers free gym and games room access, unlimited high quality drinks and a bright, modern, energising atmosphere.
The salary offered is between GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 per annum with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Hours of work are flexible (after the probationary period) on a full time 35 hour working week.
