Pensions TechnicianSheffield Competitive Salary & Benefits Capita employee benefits are seeking Pension's Technicians to join our Sheffield office, DB and DC pensions /Scheme events is desirable but not essential, however the ability to analyse data, good Excel skills and problem solving skills are essential for the role. About the role To provide support and bring technical experience to an administration team to ensure key projects and scheme events are completed in line with procedural and client requirements and within service level agreements and to provide a continually improving level of customer service in terms of quality, cost and time. * To work with the Senior Pensions Technician and Pensions Team Manager to deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects within KPIs (time scales, deliverables, quality, sign off) and to input into the planning process * To take ownership of the accuracy and quality of your own work. * To support and assist the management team where required in all aspects of service delivery and business support for example, ad hoc projects, auditing, etc * To deliver key projects and scheme events within KPIs, including proactively communicating on progress * To control the quality of customer outputs in order to deliver an excellent customer experience. * To monitor and maintain the incoming workflow and controls around scheme tasks as required About Capita | Employee BenefitsCapita Employee Benefits is part of Capita plc, the UK's leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions, with staff across the UK, Europe, South Africa and India.We provide award-winning pensions and employee benefits solutions.
