Our leading blue chip financial services client are looking to add Communication Managers to its Digital Transformation team. These roles will specifically look at the implementation of a new exciting Customer Journey programme which will encourage competition and improve customer freedom within the market.

The business are really looking for customer centric Communication Managers that bring the Customer Journey to life for colleagues and generate excitement and interest about what it means for customers and colleagues. All whilst viewing these from the customer perspective.

The role will involve:

  • Utilising different methods of marketing and communications to bring the Customer Journey to life for colleagues and customers alike.
  • Working closely with proposition teams to ensure they're working in line the regulations
  • Successfully articulate the customer journey narrative across the business
  • Senior stakeholder management & being able to sell customer centric concepts to the business
  • Working within a fully agile environment
  • Understand key target audiences impacted by the customer journey programme

The Business are looking for a candidate from the following background:

  • Customer centric programmes
  • Communication/Customer Journey positions within Digital (FS preferred but not essential)
  • Digital (this is essential)
  • Excellent communications both written and verbal
  • Communications project planning

This role offers the candidate the chance to work at one of the UK's largest Financial Services Clients on a ground-breaking programme that impacts all customers and how they interact. It also offers exposure to very senior individuals within the organisations. This is a 6 month initial contract on a role that is likely run for 12 - 18 months.
