GBP24k basic, GBP30k with bonuses

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday and every alternate Saturday morning

This is a great opportunity to join my client as a Customer Service Advisor supporting the team. They are an international organisation and are seeking a professional individual to join them.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills and will have worked within a motor dealership, have IT skills and Kerridge experience.

You will have experience of working with customers both face to face and on the phone.

They want to guarantee to do all we can to have our customers leave with a smile on your face. One of the ways we do this is by ensuring we provide for every customer individually with top quality customer service therefore we need to employ welcoming Service Advisors who can be a friendly expert to our customers.


The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our company. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it's about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. Therefore, we are looking for an individual with excellent time management, organisational and inter-personal skills.

The Service Advisor is responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer the following day to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
