Our Household team is responsible for investigating and settling home insurance claims. As a Senior Technical Authority Holder, your role is to provide support, coach and develop less experienced team members / trainees. You'll support the Team Leader by analysing the key performance metrics of the team.
You'll manage your own caseload of more complex/higher value claims, ensuring that you deliver within agreed authority levels, in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements. In addition to settling claims directly, you'll be liaising with our suppliers and loss adjusters to assist our customers.
Our customer opening hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-1pm, which we'll meet through a flexible combination of staggered working hours and/or shift rotation. You will not be required to work every Saturday.
