This is an exciting opportunity as the Property Team at Milton Keynes Claims Handling Centre is growing and is now seeking a Customer Claims Handler, Claims Validation Team.
As a Customer Claims Handler, Claims Validation Team, your role is to use a variety of investigation techniques and intelligence tools to stop home and commercial property insurance fraud. You'll manage your own workload and ensure that you deliver within agreed authority levels, in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements. Your work may also bring you into contact with industry-wide counter fraud and law enforcement agencies.
You must be an experienced claims handler. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and proven ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines. Influential and confident on the telephone, you'll be able to liaise with a wide range of people. Ideally, you'll have worked in property insurance claims before. Previous experience in counter fraud work is an advantage, but not essential.
