Our client has a vacancy for a Customer Services Team Leader to assist Sales Office Management to manage the day to day efficient running of the sales office and all orders are processed to the pricing policy and in a timely and professional manner. You will ensure all duties given are carried out efficiently and all communication regarding changes is updated to staff. To ensure that sales and administration staff provide the highest possible standard of customer service, contributing to company sales profit. You will ensure cover is available in department to cover holidays and absence.

Requirements

  • Coach and motivate sales staff to ensure that the required standards of

    customer service is achieved.

  • Sound knowledge of a sales department

  • Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent time management and personal organisational skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Ability to work without close supervision

  • Attend any meetings with Sales Office Manager and Operations Director to discuss any office improvements.

  • Ensure that customer complaints and collection notes are dealt with efficiently and effectively by the sales coordinator.

  • Coach and motivate sales staff to ensure that the required standards of customer service are achieved.

  • Monitor daily activity levels of the sales team.

  • Monitor sales call activity.

  • Assist in all other day to day duties as required by the Sales Office Manager.

  • Cultivating relationship with customers

  • Assist with company stock takes when required
