The Senior Programmatic Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, leading programmatic consulting, education and proposals and managing programmatic performance. The successful candidate must possess excellent active listening skills to understand client needs and translate those needs into campaign objectives. The Senior Programmatic Managers role is to interact with client teams regularly, reporting progress and collaborating on campaign tactics. The Senior Programmatic Manager also work collaboratively with their peers, sharing trading and campaign insights with the group and co-creating solutions.

This position is working with one of the largest and most well respected agency groups, where the focus in 2017 and beyond is to build closer ties with clients with the aim of utilising data, strategy and technology smarter to drive campaign performance. This position calls for a thought leader; someone that can utilise their expertise in Programmatic to guide decisions on partnerships, leveraging data and the execution of campaigns to the highest standard. Experience in a leadership role i.e. Head of Programmatic, Programmatic Manager or similar is crucial for this role as you will be managing a team of Programmatic Campaign Managers.


Monitor/report on buyer spending and suggest optimisations

Identify new opportunities to increase yield and deal flow

Support markets in execution of operational processes and executing on global strategy and local annual plans

Structure global data and inventory deals on behalf of client working closely with global strategy director

Work closely with the Direct sales team to further their knowledge and improve their adoption of Programmatic

Negotiate deals with buyers to help further monetize inventory.

Provide monthly reporting on revenues and trends related to automated trading and analyse data to make accurate changes to the SSP

Strategically and technically implement private marketplaces across display properties

Solid use and understanding of Appnexus, Yieldfire, Adx, Rubicon, Google Ad Exchange & other leading platforms
