Customer Service Advisor (Weekends only) East Bristol
These are exciting times for this thriving business as they continue to gather momentum with new contract wins. Located in brand new offices to accommodate their planned growth, you will have access to the latest technology and excellent facilities, plenty of on-site parking being one of them. Key to their success is their customer engagement and excellent service, so to enable them to continue this level service they need to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors. In brief you will:-
- Provide first line response to all incoming customer queries and/or requests, providing immediate response meeting tragets where possible.
- Effectively triage all queries and/or complaints where an immediate response is not possible, ensuring appropriate action is taken. Take ownership of queries, liaising with other departments when necessary.
- Proactive calls to customers advising of products and services that are beneficial.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with a minimum of 5 year's direct customer facing experience, as it is a role with great variety. You must be articulate, polite, friendly and helpful and always willing to take the time to investigate an issue in detail. This is a great team in which to work, who pride themselves on their problem solving skills and satisfactory conclusions, achieved within a positive, friendly and supportive environment.
This is a part time role, you will be expected to work Saturdays 9am - 6pm and Sundays 10am - 5pm.
