| Business Development Manager | City of London | GBP35,000 OTE |

Due to phenomenal recent success, my client, an innovative estate agency comparison site with the vision of becoming the trusted national brand in estate agency, is looking to expand their New Business team.

Using property sales data, our client identifies the best 6 agents to sell a homeowner's property and allows them to use this data to get the best estate agent for them and the most money for their property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact estate agencies and register them to receive leads
  • Manage relationships with registered agents.
  • Identify potential corporate partnerships and work with the CEO to pursue these.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • At least two years in Estate Agency or selling into Estate Agency
  • A proven track record in sales and customer engagement.
  • A strong work ethic that sets an example to others.
  • A can do attitude and a willingness to help others in the team where necessary

Salary and working hours:

  • GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum
  • Commission
  • OTE GBP35,000pa
  • Monday to Friday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
