Role: Finance Administrator

Salary: GBP21,000- GBP23,000

Location: Llanfyllin (Wales)

"AOUT THE ROLE"

As a successful Financial Administrator working as part of the finance team, your responsibilities will be within sales ledger, purchase ledger and general financial administration. Your duties will include but will not be limited too:

- Entering supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Dealing and resolving invoice queries
- Month end purchase ledger reconciliation & reporting
- Allocation of customer receipts
- Ensuring all sales are invoiced
- Raising supplier debit notes, manual invoices and credits and manual sales ledger adjustments
- Chasing non-payment of invoices
- Administer self-bill customer accounts
- Administering customer debit notes & chasing resolution
- Month end sales ledger reconciliations & reporting
- Assistance in cash-flow forecasting
- Various clerical duties

"WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR"

In order to qualify for the role you must:

- Have relevant experience of sales/ purchase ledger administration
- Good communication skills to liaise with all levels of the business including internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to resolve issues with supplier & customers
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines on your own initiative
- Great attention to detail ensuring accuracy of work
- Have pride in your work, producing a High Standard of work
- Strong skills in the use of MS Office and Excel
