Selective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. are urgently seeking a Temporary Part Time HR & Office Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic team within a well-established organisation in Cowley. The key purpose of this role is to support the HR processes and their busy management office. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a methodical and logical approach and would suit a candidate who is enthusiastic about a role in HR and general Administration.
Job Title: HR & Office Administrator
Location: Cowley
Salary: GBP12.00 - GBP13.00 per hour
Duration: Ongoing with the possibility of temp to perm
Hours: 25 Hours per week (Ideally 5 days)

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Managing the administration of recruitment rounds
*Induction of new staff
*On-going maintenance of staff records, including employee appraisals, training records
*Leave administration
*Administration of benefit schemes
*Liaison with payroll providers
*Filing
*Accounts input
*General Administrative work
*Occasional PA assistance to Directors

Key Skills and Experience:
*Professional approach to all tasks
*Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
*Well organised and methodical
*Ability to work effectively in team and on own initiative
*Punctual and reliable
*Working in a similar role
*Good familiarity with current UK employment law would be an advantage
*Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
*A self-starter
