A global and highly regarded medical manufacturing organisation is seeking a versatile HR Advisor to join them on an initial contract of 6 months with a view to potentially becoming permanent.

Working closely with the HR Director and wider senior HR Management Team, the Advisor plays a crucial role in: assisting managers in relation to ER matters including grievance and disciplinary processes and in relation to coaching and career development; collaborating on various HR projects including programs to improve employee engagement, retention, development and talent acquisition; identifying and analysing various ER trends and reporting on exit data. Ensuring employment law compliance, the promotion of best practice and ensuring the consistent implementation of company policy is also key.

The ideal candidate should be fully or part-qualified CIPD (or equivalent), be highly experienced in reporting and analysing data in Excel to include the creation of charts and have proficient time and project management skills. Having previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be preferred, along with a proven track record and strong consultation skills in a client facing role.
