Job Title: Management Information Manager

Location: West Midlands - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000

Duties include (but are not limited to):

The successful candidate will be innovative, inspiring and have the drive to lead and develop new efficiencies and centralise all Management Information (MI) across the business (Apprenticeships and Employability contracts)

- Investigate and develop the build, functionality, and automated solutions for MI
- Work closely with the SMT to establish the requirements for the Management of Information and to implement solutions.
- Responsible for leading and the performance management of a team of approx. 4 Management Information Analysts.
- Develop and implement Management Information solutions for use across the business to improve knowledge and awareness
- Oversee an internal project to merge all Management Information services into one central centre.
- Consolidate and present reports to the SMT, providing updates on new MI strategies and business efficiency.
- Provide data on performance to other areas of the business where required
- Support other areas of the business such as the Business Development team with performance stats for potential bids
- Maintain Management Information systems to ensure services are robust throughout the business.

Essential Criteria:

- Proven experience of working within a similar MI Manager role within the training industry (Skills OR Employability)
- Ability and experience of identifying and creating technology efficiencies.
- Experience of working in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Experience of working with funding providers and their requirements for Data and MI returns.
- Experience of producing operational reports and presenting to Senior Managers.
- Strong awareness of Quality and Compliance.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Full, Clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
