Experienced Lettings Manager required in Launceston Cornwall.
Fabulous opportunity to join this successful agents situated across the South West region. The position will involve office and staff management, showing properties, valuing new property, property management, check ins & outs, inspections and ensuring the office hits set targets.
The essential requirements of this role are the ability to demonstrate your desire to forge a long term career prospect and to develop a winning team with the aim to maximize sales whilst containing expenditure costs to ensure profit is maximized
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
- Manage day to day operations
- Ensure staff achieve and exceed targets
- Motivate your team to increase lettings revenue and ensure efficiency
- Be motivated and results driven
- Demonstrate leader qualities
You will also be responsible for diary management and staff training and appraisals.
