Lloyd Recruitment Services has a fantastic job opportunity for a Regional Administrator to join a very well established and reputable employer based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and telephone support to internal staff and other regional teams.

Salary is up to GBP24k depending on experience.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Regional Managers where required by compiling letters, logging, filing and forwarding complaints for action.
  • Provide relevant information relating to sites as and when required and dealing with issues on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Deliver support to Supervisors by providing administrative support and assistance
  • Respond to customers related enquiries, complaints and raising refunds as required.
  • Resolve queries relating to the booking system and refer to other departments if applicable.
  • Liaise with Supervisors to compile company handover files which detail comprehensive information relating to specifications and facilities.
  • Provide ad-hoc cover within Operations Regional Officer group for holiday relief/other absence.
  • Process waste management/utilities and record relevant statistics
  • Liaise if necessary with the Purchasing Department on matters of site procurement.
  • To become familiar with sites in different regions, which may require visits including overnight stays
  • Provide additional assistance where required for special tasks and projects.

Skills and experience required for the role:

  • Ideally candidates will have proven SAP system knowledge to be able to advise and support Sites staff on a number of issues
  • Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of dealing with customer queries and complaints, both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Procurement system knowledge
  • Working to deadlines
  • Able to participate as a full team player and contribute effectively
  • Liaising with colleagues in department and company related suppliers
