Healthcare Practitioner, PIP Disability Analyst

GBP32,000 + benefits, based in Linwood/Glasgow
On behalf of our client are recruiting experienced healthcare practitioners to be based in Linwood offices, the national headquarters for a health assessment and reporting service to Central Government.

Applications are welcomed from Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics. sjb medical are building an already established multidisciplinary team in Linwood with new training (start date) courses running every week.

The positions are in Linwood, near Glasgow in a medical support centre. You will join the leading provider of health assessment services in the UK working on in a varied role which will utilise your clinical expertise in a new way:

?? Full training provided (no previous experience necessary)

?? Providing telephonic case support to peripatetic (field based) colleagues

?? Medical file case reviews

?? Face-to-face functional health assessments of customers in relation to a variety of conditions

?? On occasion you may be required to deliver functional medical assessments either on a domiciliary visit or medical centre basis

It is essential that you hold full unconditional registration with the NMC or HCPC (as appropriate) and continuous professional development should be maintained in accordance with the requirements of your professional body. Successful applications will possess excellent clinical, communication and basic IT skills.

?? Demonstrable ability to work autonomously

?? Evidence of report writing

?? Experience of working to specified goals and measures would be beneficial
