My client are a prestige, high fashion business based in Northampton that are a genuine employer of choice in the area.
Your new role
Managing team of 3 including a Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Administrator and a Trainee Payroll/General Administrator. The team are responsible for Northern European payrolls for 4 countries upto the point that they are passed to the outsourcing business.The team look after weekly and monthly payrolls and the manager will be responsible for the delivery of the main UK, monthly payroll. The role also includes adherence to all statutory and reporting requirements in all countries and final reconciliation to include GL financial postings.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to payroll and team management experience the candidate will need: exceptional communication and processing skills; the ability to work autonomously and a good knowledge of working with Excel.
