Pensions Operations Manager
A local government organisation are currently looking for a Pensions Operations Manager to come in and join their Sussex based office.
You will be responsible for managing a large team of people who provide the administration services to 6 large clients covering Defined Benefit Pension schemes. You will be responsible for the overall management of the team and ensuring that all SLA's are achieved. You will be heavily involved in strategic operations such as developing processes and ensuring all relevant training is assigned accordingly. It is essential that the successful candidate has worked in a similar position and Local Government Pension scheme experience would be a massive advantage.
