Based in Central Bristol - just off the Triangle - my client is looking for the perfect fit for the team, someone who will share their enthusiasm for the outdoors and for the business as well.
Your new role
Your job will be maintaining up-to-date, complete and accurate accounting records. Supporting the Managing and Finance Directors in the financial management of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need sturdy bookkeeping experience and be a confident user of accounting software (Xero knowledge would be a bonus) ideally you will be AAT level 4 (or equivalent experience) qualified. You will also have a keen eye for detail, be confident and proactive, and will enjoy working with sales, marketing & operations teams.
What you'll get in return
Training and support from FC, FD and MD, as well as the company 'coach'. The role is based at our 13th floor office with panoramic views over Bristol. You will be able to join the the team on their annual two day 'Summer Adventure' and numerous other trips over the course of the year. A pension scheme is provided for all employees, salary will include a company bonus plan, payable monthly, 20 days holiday per year, but likely growing to 30 days over the course of 2-3 years.
