Customer Service Assistant
Customer Service Assistants are required by an Abingdon based company on a temporary to permanent basis to join their expanding team. As Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:-
Reviewing online support cases, analysing the issues raised, and responding to the customer with a solution
Administering the escalation process to ensure that cases are forwarded to be actioned
Answering incoming calls in an appropriate manner
Assisting marketing in ensuring that the customer and service databases are clean and up to date
As the ideal Customer Service Assistant, you will have proven experience in delivery of high quality customer service. Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
