Customer Service Team Leader
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader for our client, a global manufacturer based in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
This role will be to provide exceptional customer service along with supporting the Customer Service team.
Candidate experience required:
Must be experienced in ERP systems
Must have team leader experience of around 2-3 years.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to deal with sensitive issues diplomatically.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
