Business Development Manager
Lead Talent are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Apprenticeship and NVQ Training provider who is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its growing sales team. You would looking after the Greater Manchester area.

As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development on new business strategy and development from identifying new market opportunities to drawing up and executing plans to develop and generate new business sales in the Apprenticeship and National Vocational Qualifications sector.

The Business Development Manager main duties will include:

- Delivering effective engagement with different organisations across your catchment area of operation

- You will be responsible for engaging new customers from both the public and private sectors and potentially also manage some already established accounts

- As a Business Development Manager you will target organisations within your catchment area of operation and offer our clients services

- You will work in close partnership with organisations to assess their educational and staffing needs
