The One Group are working with an amazing and ambitious insurance company in Northampton, who are currently in the process of recruiting for multiple Customer Service Team Managers due to growth.

The purpose of the role is to motivate and develop a team of 10 - 15 of customer service team members, to ensure customer service is kept at a high level and HR duties for your team including, 121s, appraisals and coaching

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing a team of 10 at least, be motivating and positive, developed a team to perform at a high level and also get everyone on board to work as a team
