In support of our ambitious growth targets and on the back of some recent account wins, we are looking for an expert recruitment consultant, to join our dynamic and successful specialist Construction team in our Nottingham office.

Day to day duties and responsibilities to include:

• Management of client staffing requirements, both temporary and permanent
• Stakeholder management and upholding high levels of client communication;
• Proactively sourcing and registering candidates and maintaining an active pool of talent within our market leading database system;
• Proactively sourcing new client opportunities and supporting them in their staffing requirements;
• Ensuring the high levels of compliance and quality associated to our applicants is upheld.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in managing or recruiting for construction and build clients in the UK;
• Have the ability to source candidates via a variety of mediums including social media platforms and network referrals;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Be highly organised;
• Be personable and build relationships with ease at every level.

• A salary of between GBP20,000 and GBP28,000 per annum plus commission, dependant on experience;
