You will be motivational and have a background in an HR role within a Health care,hospital, or a CQC regulated business, e.g. NHS, Private hospitals, healthcare,care homes etc

Principal Responsibilities

- To support the client groups directly and through team with the aim of implementing change where needed.
- To demonstrate and to influence managers in 'best practice' processes.
- To work closely to ensure collaboration with the HR team
- To drive compliance throughout the workflow process for compliance and administration
Skills & Experience
- Essential
- CIPD or equivalent qualified, and
- experience in an operational/generalist HR/ role.
- Experience of a multi-site business, or, experience of a CQC regulated business
- Evidenced experience of accountability of compliance, workforce planning, supporting/delivering within this area of requirement that is relevant to the role and responsibilities outlined within.
- Experience of managing a team and measuring performance, compliance and continuous improvements.
