This large mixed comprehensive Secondary school near to the Eccles region of Salford have an opening within their Science faculty for a teacher to join their school from January 2018.

Due to expansion at school, there is an upcoming requirement for a teacher of Science in 2018. This position will initially be temporary, until the end of the academic year, with the opportunity to gain a permanent contract from September 2018.

- Full time position, January 2018 start
- Teaching Key Stage Three with some lessons of Key Stage Four
- Pay in line with teaching scale point (GBP22,467 - GBP38,250 per annum/pro rata)

"We wish to appoint a teacher of Science who can comfortably teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics to lower GCSE level. The successful Science teacher will join a well established faculty of six teachers and will be fully supported throughout their post. The position is suited to both newly qualified and experienced teachers, and the department wish to meet interested teachers at the earliest convenience." - Principal

The school has recently been refurbished through the Salford Schools programme, resulting in state of the art teaching and learning facilities to promote inclusive lessons to cater for the needs of all pupils. In recent Ofsted inspections, the management were praised for significantly raising attainment within the Science department over the last two academic years.
Located in Salford, the school can be accessed via the A580 and A6 towards Pendleton. For non drivers, there are public transportation links from central Manchester, Trafford and Bury that lead directly to the school.
