This is an exciting position for a market leading company with unprecedented year on year growth. We are looking for an experienced Resource Planning Analyst who can shape and develop a robust mid to long term forecasting structure and enable the contact centre to become more efficient.
Based in their flagship site you will be at the heart of our main operation and responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the site from a staffing perspective.
- Resource planning analyst for a 200 FTE call centre, both sales and service functions
- Drive customer service and experience through effective planning
- To work in partnership with other department and stakeholders
- Creating medium to long term schedules.
- Trend analysis
- Previous experience in a resource planning role
- Strong experience of using a workforce management tool
- Highly analytical
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced excel and SQL skills
- Basic salary of circa GBP27k
- Benefits package
