Realise Futures are recruiting for a variety of roles within our Essex Supported Employment Services. This service is funded by Essex County Council and supports adults with disabilities into employment across Essex. 1 x Employment Advisor (Part Time - 18 hours per week) - GBP22,950 FTE (pro rata for 18 hours per week - rising to GBP24,300 FTE upon successful completion of 3 month probation period (pro rata for 18 hours per week). This role would be based in the Colchester office supporting customers in the surrounding area.

This role would be based in the Colchester or Chelmsford office supporting customers in Mid Essex and the surrounding area.



We are recruiting Employment Advisors in the Colchester and Mid Essex areas. Your job will be to support customers with disabilities to develop their potential, achieve their ambitions and find the right job for them by the provision of individually tailored employment support. This position requires countywide travel and therefor access to a vehicle is essential and the ability to work flexible hours as required.
