Regional HR Officer
Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire/Essex/Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire with travel (home based)
GBP40K - GBP45K + car or car allowance

Our client is a UK market leader in their niche field and are now looking to appoint a Regional HR Officer to provide support to their sites based across East Anglia and the South.

Reporting through to the HRD, this generalist HR role will involve regular and extensive travel, most likely 4 days a week with potentially a day from home. As such the location of the successful candidate is also open to a certain degree.

As HR Officer you will support with a wide variety of reactive and pro-active HR work which will include:
- ER resolution such as disciplinary and grievance
- Processing maternity, paternity and flexible working requests
- Absence, both short and long term including liaison with occupational health
- Performance management
- Policy & procedure creation and amendment
- Changes to T&Cs
- Identifying training needs within your sites
- Helping to create JDs for new roles and supporting wit the recruitment process
- Advice and guidance to staff on HR queries

To be successful in this role you will ideally be CPD qualified or studying towards this. You will have generalist HR experience or HRBP experience from a regional multisite environment. You will need to be able to build relationships and communicate effectively over different mediums. You'll be a self started able to work under your own initiative. Travel will be at least 4/5 days a week from Hampshire to Norfolk including travel to Lincolnshire.
