We are looking for two full time Key Support Workers to deliver our Together for Families programme. The Key Support Workers will engage families at risk of financial exclusion and homelessness and facilitate a Whole Family Assessment and Action Plan to achieve relevant outcomes.

You will be excellent communicators with good interpersonal skills, who can motivate and challenge where necessary. Using a practical 'hands on' approach you will be energetic, enthusiastic team players working proactively with individuals, partner organisations and across DCH teams to maximise and sustain improvement. You will need to fulfil associated monitoring and evaluation requirements.

Each role will generally be focused in either the east or west of Cornwall and are being offered on a fixed term basis up to June 2019. Due to the nature of these roles, a full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle is essential.
