Fantastic opportunity to join a well established prestigious company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Controller to cover long term maternity leave (December 2017 - March 2019). Working hours are Monday to Friday. Salary range of GBP22,000k to GBP27,000k dependant on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Responsibility for all accounts allocated to you
*Monthly reporting on Excel
*Ensuring money collection is achieved through calls to customers
*Keeping a record of calls made and updating the relevant database
*Liaising with other departments in order to resolve queries on invoices
*Reconciling accounts, including raising credits
*Cash posting and allocation as required
*Performing ad hoc duties when asked by your supervisor

Candidates have to be comfortable using Excel

Candidates will ideally:
*Be experienced in accounts receivable
*Have at least A level qualifications
*Be organised
*Be responsible
*Have a professional telephone manner
*Be computer literate
*Have high levels of written and spoken communication
*Be happy to work to KPIs
*Be a team player
