Senior Content Executive
Fixed term contract to January - 5 days per week, part-time considered.
Our digital roadmap is revolutionising the way we communicate with our supporters. We've completely redeveloped our online customer journeys for joining, renewing and donating to make them as easy and pleasant to use as possible for our supporters. Now we've got big plans to improve them even further, helping people to do more with us so we can keep looking after special places for ever, for everyone.
Representing our users and working out of our digital content team, you'll help out product owners ensure that our digital developments deliver the best overall experience possible. You'll be pitched in at the deep end leading for UX with colleagues and clients, and that's just how you like it.
You'll have a strong digital content background and good practical experience of working on digital development projects whether large or small. You'll have proven strengths in advising on user experience and customer journeys to achieve excellent results, perhaps for funnels such as membership or donations. You'll be keen to help us improve the tools we have so that we can give our audiences an even better digital experience. Even better if you've had previous exposure to agile project management principles.
With a proven track record in a similar position, you understand exactly what makes a good customer journey that will enthuse and excite new and existing audiences. Collaboration with project teams, clients and web content managers will be at the heart of your role, so you'll need to be a real team player. Fast-working and enthusiastic, you've exceptional communication skills and you're not afraid to challenge when needed
