Apprenticeship Delivery Manager - Northumberland College
Northumberland College has two main campuses at Ashington and Kirkley Hall and centres at Hexham and Berwick.
We offer hundreds of full-time and part-time courses, work with students aged 14-18, mature students, higher education students and employers from numerous industry sectors.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide energetic management, support and challenge to the College's team of Skills Coaches, in order to contribute to driving up standards, improving over-all achievement rates and timeliness and enhancing the learner and employer experience. The post holder will ensure that the practise of our Skills Coaches is current, creative, responsive and embodies the ethos and values of Apprenticeships in terms of aspiration, progression, equality and safeguarding.
The post holder will contribute proactively across College teams in order to help deliver first class services to all stakeholder and customers, reacting to demand and responding to feedback as necessary.
