As part of continued development and improvement of services to children we are looking for highly motivated Social Workers to join our Looked After Children teams. You will be part of one of our two small teams of dedicated, hardworking, passionate social workers who have high aspirations for the children and young people we support. We are a friendly, welcoming service who offer good management support to our Social Workers. Caseloads are stable and manageable, you will have access to a practice consultant and monthly supervision with a manager

As a large county Norfolk has 6 localities delivering services to children and families. Kings Lynn and West Norfolk, Breckland, South Norfolk, North Norfolk and Broadland, Gt Yarmouth and Norwich. Each locality in the area has a dedicated Head of Social Work based locally and is co-located with a strong early help service.

To join our social work team it is essential that you have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent, and full HCPC registration. You will need to have a minimum of 1 years post qualifying social work experience which includes the successful completion of your Assisted and Supported Year in Employment and the ability to travel.
