(Cancer Workforce and People Living with Cancer)
GBP59,000 - GBP64,000
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to drive the development and delivery strategy of our L&D offer for our external audience groups; Cancer Workforce (healthcare professionals supporting people with cancer), People Living with Cancer and our Corporate Partners. This new role will also play a critical part in influencing and informing external organisations and partners on cancer related training gaps that exist for medical professionals across the U.K.
Working in line with our frameworks for Workforce, Community Engagement and Corporate Partners, you will develop the strategic direction of our offer and a plan for implementation, as well as the processes and resources to deliver it. You will be comfortable working across organisational boundaries and developing productive & strategic partnership and stakeholder relationships.
