Key Objectives

To support both the sales team, end customers and resellers

Key Responsibilities...

To ensure that the Company has robust financial processes and policies that complies with internal and external requirements.
Manage back office accounting, processing lease contracts through UK's legal system, gaining appropriate sign off from CFO and President, logging of leases, month-end close and production of detailed Management Information and analysis.
To act as second line support for Leasing customers if there is an issue the AR team is unable to resolve.
To develop a CRM methodology for new customers as well as in-life / end of life customer care. Provide regular reports to leasing sales of those leases that are due to come to the end of contract within 6 months, to ensure we actively look to refresh.
Build relationships with the commercial teams in the channel partners so there is an excellent co-operative working environment.
To provide reporting / analysis / explanations to senior management in UK / EHQ / HQ.
To own the operation of the Lease Management system (LS2).
To work with the Head of Capital to develop an asset retirement strategy (processes/ partners / re-marketing).
Manage and update leasing documentation to ensure the documents are updated to be relevant with the evolution of the business.
To ensure all leasing collateral is up to date, relevant and consistent.
To provide support to Leasing Sales in completing documentation.
To ensure all contracts are validated prior to pay out and countersigned contracts are sent to the customer for their records.
Key Competencies/Characteristics...

Essential Hard Skills Required:

Financial background
Experience of working with ERP systems
Strong Excel / Financial modelling skills
Essential Soft Skills:

Well-presented and professional at all times
Good communication skills both verbal and written are essential
Attention to detail and awareness of when to escalate issues
Interest in understanding different business models and how they can be incorporated into the Companys processes
To be successful in this role you are ideally:-

Qualified accountant with minimum 2 years post qualification experience
Experienced using SAP
