Student Experience Officer (Graduate Intern) - Fixed Term

The Student Services Advice and Guidance team at Leeds Beckett University are seeking a dynamic individual to support our proactive front-line delivery and assist applicants and students to access our full range of professional services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Leeds Beckett Graduate (2016 or 2017) with advice or guidance experience to join our new Student Experience Team during its first year of operation. The team provide the front-line triage for students accessing Student Services teams, responding to enquiries, carrying a caseload, and linking with teams across our university.
We are looking for an individual that demonstrates a commitment to delivering a high quality customer service, and excellent communication skills to establish working relationships with a range of stakeholders. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is able to manage their own workload whilst meeting strict deadlines and always ensuring high standards are adhered to. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, but also under their own initiative to ensure the successful delivery of events and projects. As the team continues to develop, they will assist in identifying new approaches to get improved results and be willing to implement these to contribute to continuous improvement.
