The Community Support Training and Development Officer (CSTDO) contributes to the development and delivery of service wide AWS Community Support (CS) provision by ensuring the maintenance, development and delivery of training and development programmes that contribute to the effective and safe delivery of Play, Youth and Community Development Work.

The CSTDO contributes to the management of AWS CS by actively feeding into the Senior Management Team promoting and developing the service within the framework of MOD's Equal Opportunities policy, AWS CS policy, the MOD Children and Young Peoples Plan and the CS Training Plan.

Due to the ongoing development and restructuring, we now seek to recruit an experienced JNC qualified Community Support Training Development Officer who hold a full Driving Licence to join the Community Support HQ Management Team located in Aldershot
