Community Support Manager - Cambridgeshire - c. GBP40,000
Salary circa GBP40,000
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity for a committed experienced individual to run high quality community support services within a leading social enterprise, exempt charity and non-profit making housing association.
We are looking for someone with creative, intellectual, practical and business skills, and who will make funding go further for service users and commissioners, manage change and business risk to remain strategically relevant.
Your focus will be on recovery, inclusion, collaboration, strength based and reflective practice, supporting our service teams to excel in enabling service users to achieve positive lasting outcomes.
You will also assist with bidding for new opportunities, setting up and scaling up services.
