IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Consultants x 2 - Delivery - work from
Cloud Consulting have a requirement for 2 Senior IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition Consultants to work on a high profile engagement.
The project will be working for on behalf of one company who are looking to recruit a significant number of both contract and permanent IT consultants in a 3 - 6 month time-frame.
This would suit someone who has a proven track-record of recruiting IT professionals on either the agency or in-house side who is comfortable managing their own workload which essentially involves resourcing for a volume of roles concurrently. Someone who is particularly adept at leveraging social channels, ie Linked-In would be of interest.
Please note - this role doesn't involve any business development....
The role will predominantly be based from home, so you should have an appropriate space to work from, and will involve on average 1 or 2 days p/week working with the team in a central Bristol office.
- Understanding of current IT technologies, specifically within the dev and testing domains
- In-depth knowledge of advance search techniques on job-boards, Linked-In and other social media channels
- Competent in telephone screening candidates against job specs
- Managing interview/offer process
- Commercially astute - ie being able to negotiate on rates
