We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our digital team

What being a Product Manager Involves

The Product Manager owns the digital customer experience across web, mobile & apps, drives improvement in key performance indicators using the full suite of digital tools: e.g. multivariate testing and working closely with the product owner to translate the product backlog into a sprint backlog

You will be responsible for optimisation test ideation using insight and creating the high-level goals and objectives of the test plan

You will champion Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum and Kanban) within the team & ensure that Agile principles are practiced by peers and understood by stakeholders and evangelise digital ways of working (e.g. start small, iterate, test everything, don't be afraid of failure)

As a Product Manager you will deliver agreed objectives, forecasts & budgets for your product and have accountability for the product roadmap & vision and commercial sizing of product improvement ideas

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Experience of digital product management
  • Set up and deliver commercial & customer KPIs in a digital world
  • Competence in using insights to identify product improvements
  • Able to develop business cases & benefits calculations for digital change initiatives
  • Prioritisation of the digital change portfolio
  • Successful track record of working within a continuously improving & fast-paced Digital environment
  • Able to collaborate across multi-disciplined teams
