This exciting SecondaryEnglishTeacher maternity cover position available Septmeber (18th) 2017 is the perfect foot in the door opportunity to join a thriving secondaryschool in the Blackpool area.
This EnglishTeacher position will teach a variable timetable of both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 class groups, across a range of abilities. You will be required to plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and teach the GCSEEnglish syllabus to KS4. Tasks should be planned to meet the individual needs of all students and promote a love of learning in order to ensure expected progress is made, stretching the highest ability students and also offering support to the lower ability students.
This Secondary Academy caters for around 600 students and they encourage all learners to succeed through the provision of a high quality education. It's important to the school that they engage with and attach themselves to the local community so that everyone can take pride in the school and the social and academic achievements of its students.
