Are you a first class programme manager who understands quality service delivery?

Can you transform strategy into meaningful workplans, provide effective oversight and take a lead in delivering key activities?

We receive around GBP30m of public funding to deliver debt, pensions and money advice across England and Wales, and we need an outstanding individual to drive forward our strategy for service recommissioning

Working across funders, external stakeholders, senior leaders and our local office network, you will be experienced in delivering high profile programmes. You will be an effective communicator, natural negotiator and experienced matrix manager with the ability to operate across multiple locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most recognisable charities in England and Wales. Our organisation is unique. From 2,700 locations, we directly help 2.7 million people to solve their problems each year. Through these interactions we see first hand, and in real time, the problems faced by people across England and Wales. Our amazing data allows us to spot emerging issues quickly, often even before government. This makes us uniquely placed to develop effective solutions and deliver impactful change.
