Job Title: 2 vacancies X Targeted Support Worker
Salary Range: GBP23,398 - GBP28,485 pa
Hours: 37 per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a committed individual with previous experience of working with vulnerable children, young people and their families.
This role involves working directly with children, young people and their families to support them in achieving positive outcomes, to prevent family breakdown and to prepare them for a successful transition into Adult Life. Working alongside our qualified social workers, you will also support young people who are subject to a Court Order and will develop personalised interventions for children and young people who would otherwise but unlikely to achieve a reasonable standard of health or development.
To be considered you must have experience of working with young people and their families and of undertaking assessments. You will also need to have experience of the Families First Assessment (or previous experience of common assessment framework) and the team around the family (TAF) approach. Knowledge of child development and adolescence, social, emotional and mental health needs and the ability to manage a varied case load is also required.
