After investing in every area of our service we have a structure that supports good service delivery with a clear vision for the future allowing for teams to meet the needs of Citizen and Asylum Care Leavers. We're focused on creating innovative and effective solutions to the young people. That means collaborating with Personal Advisors/Social Workers to ensure that there is a joined up working practice.
We want to make sure all young people have the best opportunities for transition providing safe care and being ambitious for each individual young person. As a large and diverse county, we offer a wide range of work and settings all with their own challenges.
Rising to these challenges will require your resilience, commitment and fortitude. As we build our model of excellent professional practice, you should be ready to respond to new situations with both a creative and disciplined approach.
