Candidate Care Consultant - Aberdeen - GBP28,000 - GBP33,000

Our client are a leading Global Engineering firm who seek an additional member of small team in Aberdeen to continue a valuable service to several hundred contractors. #

This role is a replacement for someone leaving due to travel and certainly is a big role to fill based on the current incumbents success.

To be considered you must have prior recruitment experience at a senior level and be able to demonstrate longevity on your cv in your previous roles.

The role is a very busy, fast paced position that requires someone with excellent juggling skills coupled with outstanding customer and candidate service skills.

The role is to provide an on-going high level of service and support to candidates before, during and on completion of an assignment, managing the screening and on boarding of all new candidates and to be the first point of contact for all candidate queries. Liaison with the client business assurance team to ensure all contractors are paid correctly, are compliant with legislation and all issues are resolved quickly. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a proactive approach to issues and activities. Making verbal and written offers to candidates, advising on the required screening process, sending out draft contracts to candidates where requested. Confirming candidate start date and induction details. Maintaining regular contact with candidates to understand their issues and queries through a structured contact plan. Advising candidates on relevant legislations, assisting candidates with all payroll queries, ranging from non payments, underpayments, holiday queries, missing hours, expense queries etc. Arranging and hosting regular candidate care events, workshops and seminars for both candidates and clients. Visiting candidates onsite at their projects, maintaining regular contact with key client representatives (including HR, hiring managers, project managers) to understand issues and upcoming activities that will affect the candidates. Advising and updating clients on changes in legislation and legal requirements.
