Job description

a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join London South East Colleges with multiple campuses in London. This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic administrator who is passionate about HR. The successful candidate will receive an excellent opportunity to grow as an HR professional.

The HR Administrator will provide day to day HR administrative support by dealing with a wide range of HR related queries. You will administer HR associated documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers and training and development information.

*HR system administration (including input data for starters, leavers, salary changes, working hours changes, etc.)

*Assist with recruitment.

*Production of offer letters and contracts for business services

* Pre-employment administration.

* Keep all files up to date, both personal HR files scanning and general filing

* Respond to employee queries, including but not limited to benefits claims, absenteeism and policies

* Assist with rollout of HR policies and procedures and other ad-hoc projects

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
